In the past week we have been nearly exclusively dealing with the response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Some of these efforts have been noticeable and others, not so much. We have issued letters in response to Carrier instructions on Conrail, CSX, NS, and SEPTA. In each instance, I had directly worked with affected Local Chairmen to develop the letter and items we must address – thank you for those who got involved and assisted with those details.
